Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA PROTEìNA RECOMBINANTE DE INTERESSE, CONSTRUçãO PRIMEIRA UTILIZADA PARA TRANSFORMAR UMA CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA PROCARIóTICA SUSCETìVEL DE SER TRANSFORMADA POR UMA SEGUNDA CONSTRUçãO, VETOR E CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA". A invenção compreende uma nova construção para a expressão de um gene codificando para uma proteína recombinante de interesse colocada sob o controle do promotor do óperon triptofano Ptrp em uma célula hospedeira procariótica, caracterizada pelo fato de que a construção compreende uma seq³ência nucleica capaz de inativar o gene codificando para uma triptofanase TnaA quando a referida seq³ência nucleica é introduzida na referida célula hospedeira, vetores contendo a referida construção e as células hospedeiras transformadas pelos referidos vetores. A invenção também tem por objeto os processos de produção das referidas proteínas recombinantes utilizando estas novas construções.
