"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA ANALISAR UMA AMOSTRA". Um dispositivo e processo para analisar uma amostra, compreendendo: uma unidade de posicionamento de amostra (1) para posicionar uma amostra (3); uma unidade de geração de radiação (16) para fornecer pelo menos um feixe de radiação eletromagnética para cada uma das primeira e segunda superfícies da amostra (3); uma unidade formadora de imagem (23) para fornecer pelo menos uma imagem de radiação transmitida através de cada uma das primeira e segunda superfícies (3a, 3b) da amostra (3); uma unidade detectora (25) para capturar as imagens fornecidas pela unidade formadora de imagem (23) e gerar sinais correspondendo a elas; e uma unidade analisadora (61) para operar os sinais recebidos da unidade detectora (25) e gerar sinais representativos da distribuição tridimensional de pelo menos um componente da amostra (3).
