Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE LOCALIZAçãO DE CANETA TRANSMISSORA"<D>. é provido um sistema de localização de caneta transmissora no qual uma caneta é adaptada para enviar um sinal de saída repetido aos receptores externos em duas ou mais localizações de receptor, em que a localização da ponta de apontar da caneta é determinada em relação à superfície de escrita de um quadro branco. Em uma modalidade um elemento de saída, preferentemente um transdutor de ultra-som, transmite um sinal de saída dependente do tempo desde uma caneta transmissora de sinal único para dois ou mais receptores externos em duas ou mais localizações de receptor. é determinada a direção de chegada do sinal de saída para cada uma das localizações de receptor, e a ponta de apontar da caneta transmissora única é então determinada, como a interseção dos vetores de direção da caneta para os receptores externos. Em outra modalidade transdutor transmite um sinal de saída dependente do tempo da caneta transmissora para três ou mais receptores externos em que o sinal recebido é processado para determinar o tempo de chegada para cada um dos receptores, e a localização da ponta de apontar da caneta é determinada como a distância calculada entre os receptores. Em outra modalidade alternativa que tem uma caneta transmissora de sinal dual, é usado um terceiro receptor localizado em uma localização de receptor para determinar o tempo de chegada de um sinal de saída secundária, para determinar a distância entre a caneta transmissora de sinal dual e a localização do receptor, enquanto dois ou mais receptores na localização de receptor são usados para determinar a direção de chegada do sinal primário de saída dependente do tempo. Modalidades alternativas permitem a transmissão de informação suplementar da caneta transmissora para os receptores, usando formação de onda do sinal de saída.
