Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE CATALISADORES DE VANáDIO-FóSFORO APERFEIçOADOS E SUA UTILIZAçãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ANIDRIDO MALéICO Um processo para a preparação de catalisadores de oxidação contendo óxidos misturados de vanádio-fósforo, consistindo de: a) contatar um composto de fósforo com um composto de vanádio num solvente orgânico sob condições que possibilitem a preparação, recuperação, secagem de dito precursor, b) submeter o precursor, antes da calcinação, a um tratamento pelo contato com uma corrente de gás inerte seco contendo vapores de um anidrido alifático, tendo de 4 a 8 átomos de carbono, de preferência anidrido acético, numa temperatura não excedente a 200°C, c) calcinar o precursor sob atmosfera contendo ar, vapor, ou gás inerte ou uma mistura deles numa temperatura entre 350°C e 550°C numa taxa de aumento de temperatura regulada durante tempo necessário para obter catalisadores ativos, d) utilizar ditos catalisadores para a produção de anidrido maléico pela oxidação de hidrocarbonetos alifáticos. Os catalisadores preparados de acordo com os procedimentos desta invenção são particularmente adequados para utilização na produção de anidrido maléico, de preferência pelo processo de reciclagem a gás parcial ou total.
