Abstract
FOR SYSTEMS FOR CONCRETE <D>, being an invention that comes to intermediate conventional formwork systems in wood and metal formwork systems existing on the market, it is intended for use in simple, reinforced or prestressed, that have apparent or conventional finish, and can be used in any size work. With advantages and satisfactory results for its adoption and application, it has low cost, requires little maintenance of metal components, reduces waste of wood, allows the reuse of wood panels and boards indefinitely, with little wear and tear, becomes quite feasible when we consider its duration, cost benefit, practical assembly and deformation. The metallic parts that make up the system are of common shapes, eliminating or reducing the use of welds and can be easily manufactured or adapted, requiring the minimum equipment for this purpose. The setting provided by the metallic angles of the wooden panels, of the beam and pillar forms, provides a considerable increase in the rigidity of the set, making them self - supporting, resulting in a reduction of the shoring. The angles and other components of the previously described system can be used to support panels, solid slabs or as shoring beams for pre - molded slabs, on metallic, wooden or sawn timber piles according to availability. In order to prevent an accident, we recommend keeping the construction site clean and fixing the components, with nails over washers, in holes (4), made in the corner, especially when used horizontally. In accordance with what we have illustrated in the drawings previously listed, in the INTERNAL FORMATION SYSTEM OPARA CONCRETO, we can use, if necessary, all the components of the conventional wooden system.
