Betondecken- und Wand fertigteiIe mit integrierter DämmungPrefabricated concrete ceiling and wall components with integrated insulation
aus Schaumkunststoff platten mit gleichzeitiger Hohlkörperwirkungmade of foam plastic panels with simultaneous hollow body effect
Prefabricated ceiling panels usually consist of panels with composite reinforcement. Before a ceiling is laid, these are placed on supports. In order to prevent the prefabricated parts from cracking, it is necessary to arrange the support points as close together as possible. The distances between the supports are usually less than 1.5 m. This means that a ceiling with an average span already requires numerous supports, the construction of which is very labor-intensive and therefore time-consuming, which results in considerable personnel costs. In addition, the material used to form the reinforcements is subject to wear and must be replaced from time to time. These ceilings are also usually not provided with integrated insulation panels as hollow bodies, so that after filling with site concrete, a solid concrete ceiling is created, which again causes additional material and labor costs.
Other hollow concrete ceiling elements that are already on the market are usually made with round hollow bodies. After the concrete has been poured and hardened, these hollow bodies are then pressed out of the concrete slab using compressed air or hydraulically. In order to prevent the open tubes from filling up later on the construction site, they must also be sealed. The entire manufacturing process is very costly, especially since a specially designed machine is required, which is understandably very expensive.
The innovation is based on the task of remedying this situation and designing a prefabricated concrete element in such a way that 1.) when it is placed
Während bei den Regelbreiten der Neuerung *f Hohlkörper eingebaut werden, sind bei gleicher Breite der üblichen Konstruktionen 1^· bis 1-6 Hohlkörper ein- aber auch wieder auszubauen.2.) no more supports are required for the elements, additional insulation is required and 3.) considerable costs are eliminated due to the savings on a special machine and the type of manufacturing process. The innovation as a solution to this problem is characterized by the fact that the concrete slabs are manufactured with integrated foam plastic insulation panels, which at the same time form the hollow body. Prefabricated ceiling elements designed in accordance with the innovation can be laid immediately without additional support. Special machines are not required. The machines normally available in the concrete plant are sufficient. After the lower concrete shell has been concreted, the foam plastic panels are laid. After this, the concreting can continue immediately. Production is complete. Laying the prefabricated ceiling elements designed in accordance with the innovation leads to 1.) considerable savings in wage costs, since fewer personnel are required for laying due to the elimination of the bracing work. The usual reinforcement elements are no longer required and the foam plastic panels, which are used as hollow bodies, result in a concrete saving of 3° to *fo %, depending on the ceiling thickness, so that in both cases considerable material costs are also saved. With 2.), there is an enormous cost saving in production. The foam plastic panels are extremely cheap and hardly labor-intensive to install, as they only have to be laid on the lower concrete shell. The exact opposite is the case with today's usual hollow ceiling constructions. Expensive special machines have to be purchased and maintained. The labor costs for installing the foam plastic bodies according to the innovation are enormous compared to the old constructions. While with the standard widths of the innovation *f hollow bodies are installed, with the same width of the usual constructions 1^· to 1-6 hollow bodies have to be installed and then removed again.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein Betonwand-Prefabricated hollow wall panels usually consist of two panels, which are connected with a lattice girder made of round steel. After the wall panels have been erected and the ceiling has been laid, the cavity between the two panels is filled with concrete on site. This process is of course very time-consuming and labor-intensive. There is also no saving in materials, as the end result is a solid concrete wall. Internal thermal insulation cannot be installed using this system. The innovation is based on the task of creating a concrete wall.

Der örtliche Füllbeton entfällt.element without in-situ concrete, with permanent cavities and internally installed thermal insulation. The innovation as a solution to this problem is characterized by the fact that the wall panels are manufactured with internal foam plastic panels, which form the cavity while also being used as thermal insulation. After the internal concrete shell has been concreted, the foam plastic panels, which form the hollow body and the thermal insulation, are laid. After this, the concrete can be poured immediately. After the concreting, external thermal insulation is installed to avoid cold bridges. Production is complete. Wall panels made in accordance with the innovation lead to considerable savings in labor costs and materials. Local filling concrete is no longer required.
