Abstract

"FORMA PARA DOSAGEM DE NEFAZODONA" Composições de nefazodona de liberação prolongada contendo cloreto de nefazodona, polímeros de gelificação iónicos e não iónicos, um agente hidrófilo insolúvel e excipientes opcionais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis demonstrando liberação de nefazodona modulada por pH. Estas composições são formuladas nas formas de dosagem unitária para administração oral aperfeiçoada. Os aperfeiçoamentos compreendem um perfil de liberação de droga prolongado, provendo níveis comparativos de nefazodona com relação às formas de dosagem de liberação imediata e, adicionalmente, demonstrado a falta de um efeito em alimentação.
