Abstract

COMPOSIçõES DE CATALIZADORES DE SOPRAMENTO DE METAL DO GRUPO IVB PARA A PRODUçãO DE ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO E PROCESSO DE SUA PREPARAçãO. Um processo aperfeiçoado de preparação de espuma de poliuretano pela reação de um poliisocianato orgânico com um poliol na presença de água e uma combinação de um catalizador de gelização e um catalizador de sopramento, no qual o catalizador de sopramento é um composto representado pela seguinte fórmula: [M(L^ 1^) (L^ 2^) (L^ 3^) (L^ 4^)]~ n~ [M(L^ 1^) (L^ 2^) (L^ 3^)]~ n~ [M(L^ 1^) (L^ 2^)]~ n~ [M(L^ 1^)]~ n~ na qual M é titânio, zircónio ou háfnio; <MU>n<MV> varia de 1 a 20; e cada um dentre L^ 1^, L^ 2^, L^ 3^ e L^ 4^ é um ligante igual ou diferente selecionado dos grupos seguintes: (1) oxigênio, enxófre e nitrogênio; (2) um alcoolato, fenolato, glicolato, tiolato, carboxilato, ditiocarbamato, aminato, aminoalcoolato, fosfato, fosfonato, pirofosfato, sulfonato ou siliamida qualquer um dos quais contém de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, e opcionalmente, contém um ou mais grupos funcionais, ou oxigênio, enxófre, nitrogênio ou contendo fósforo; (3) um ligante de quelação, tal como várias <225>-dicetonas estericamente bloqueadas e não contendo flúor, trietanolamina, salicilaldeido, e salicilamida.
