Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE UM INGREDIENTE PARA UM PRODUTO DE GOMA DE MASCAR"<D>. Trata-se de um processo para resfriamento, moagem e empacotamento de um material ingrediente, tal como um adoçante ou ácido encapsulado, para um produto de goma de mascar. O material é extrudado a partir de uma máquina de extrusão (12) diretamente em um transportador (14). O transportador transporta o material líquido, de preferência em cordões alongados, através de uma câmara (16) resfriada pela circulação de ar resfriado. O material solidificado que sai da câmara de resfriamento é cortado em pequenos pedaços por um cortador rotativo (18) e transportado por um sistema transportador a vácuo até um moedor (22). O material é quebrado (moído) até virar pó e transportado para um dispositivo de retenção. Depois disso, o pó é depositado em caixas ou outros recipientes (42) para armazenamento.
