Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"DISCO DE MOLDAGEM"<D>. Um disco de moldagem para a moldagem contínua de tiras de metal, é constituído de um núcleo 9 e de uma manga ou revestimento 10, de material condutor de calor, a qual é contraída sobre o núcleo, dutos de resfriamento, e, circunferência 14, sendo dispostos entre o núcleo e esta manga, os quais são conectados a uma linha de suprimento de meio de refrigeração 12 e a uma linhas de descarga de meio de refrigeração 14. A fim de permitir uma dissipação uniforme de calor a partir da manga ou revestimento 10, com um consumo mínimo de meio de refrigeração e condições claramente definidas de fluxo, o meio de refrigeração é conduzido a partir da linha de suprimento 12, basicamente radial para os dutos de refrigeração 14 e a partir destes dutos de refrigeração 14 para a linha de descarga 13, basicamente radial, por meio de um elemento de condução 17, que pode ser instalado nos dutos de refrigeração 14.
