Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES COLANTES DE ALTA SOLUBILIDADE PARA FIBRAS" é proporcionada uma composição colante de alta solubilidade a qual pode ser aplicada nas fibras de vidro para reforçar materiais poliméricos. A composição colante inclui: um primeiro formador de película que compreende um termoplástico poliuretano baseado em poliéter ou baseado em poliéster derivado de um poliéter ou poliéster saturado, não reticulável; um segundo formador de película que compreende pelo menos um ingrediente selecionado a partir de i) um copolímero de meta acrilato de vinil acetato de glicidila e ii) uma mistura de um copolímero de meta acrilato de vinil acetato de glicidila e um homopolímero de acetato de vinila; um agente silano de união; e água. O uso das fibras de vidro revestidas com a composição colante de alta solubilidade permite uma produção vantajosa de partes moldadas não pigmentadas ou de baixa pigmentação possuíndo melhoradas aparência superficial e uniformidade de cor.
