Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONFEITOS COM CENTRO RECHEADO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a pastilhas para a garganta que compreendem de 60 a 95%, de um invólucro comestível, e de 5 a 40%, de um recheio aquoso, em peso da pastilha, compreendendo o recheio de 8 a 20% de água, de 50% a 85% de um adoçante principal e emulsificante suficiente para proporcionar um ângulo de contato de 90 a 120°, tendo o recheio um ângulo de contato maior que 120° na ausência do emulsificante. A redução no ângulo de contato em relação a uma composição sem o emulsificante proporciona uma percepção aperfeiçoada de liquidez do recheio.
