Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO DE INSPEçãO DE SUPERFìCIE DE UMA FAIXA EM PASSAGEM POR SEGMENTAçãO DE IMAGEM EM ZONAS SUSPEITAS"<D>. Nesse processo de inspeção de superfície de uma faixa (10) em passagem, para a detecção de defeito de superfície, forma-se pelo menos um imagem numérica de pelo menos uma face da faixa (10) constituída de um conjunto de elementos de imagem ligados cada um a valor numérico, filtra-se a imagem numérica para a detecção de irregularidades de superfície, e trata-se a imagem numérica filtrada para a identificação do tipo de defeito de superfície da faixa (10). Previamente à etapa de tratamento da imagem numérica, segmenta-se a imagem numérica em zonas suspeitas contendo,cada uma, uma irregularidade superfície, essa etapa de tratamento de imagem sendo efetuada sobre essas zonas suspeitas.
