Abstract

''MéTODO E APARELHO PARA OPERAR UM SISTEMA PARA GALVANIZAR LâMINA DE AçO'' Método e aparelho para galvanizar lâmina de aço em uma tina de galvanização por imersão à quente única do tipo de indução sem núcleo, com grande flexibilidade para mudanças frequentes de ligas de galvanização, por meio do que a produtividade da usina de tina única é aumentada e seus custos de investimento são consideravelmente diminuídos, em contraste com a prática corrente de usinas de operação com duas tinas de galvanização continuamente aquecidas, uma em operação e uma em reserva. A tina única, possuindo uma pluralidade de moldes de lingote associados de uma capacidade para manter uma carga completa da tina para cada uma das diferentes composições de liga sendo correntemente manuseadas e um sistema de bombeamento para esvaziar uma carga liquefeita de uma composição de liga da tina em pelo menos alguns dos moldes de lingote de reserva (realmente para reutilização posterior) e um sistema de transporte para substituir a carga removida por uma carga alternada na forma de lingotes sólidos de uma composição de liga diferente (que podem ser lingotes reciclados formados a partir de uma carga liquefeita previamente removida da tina e/ou lingotes frescos).
