Um eletrodo positivo e acumulador de chumbo especial para uso em altas temperaturas está provido de um suporte à base de uma liga de chumbo especial, de comportamento aprimorado diante da corrosão. A liga compreende de 1 a 5% de antimónio, de 0,5 a 3% de estanho, de 0,05 a 0,50% de arsênio, de 0 a 0,05% de cobre e de 0 a 0,02% de bismuto.
