Patente de Invenção:<B>"CAMADA CONDUTIVA DO CONDUTOR DE AQUECIMENTO COM RESISTêNCIA ELéTRICA VARIáVEL E PROCESSO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento sobre um substrato eletricamente isolante, sendo que a camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento, ao longo de um atalho da corrente apresenta uma resistência total elétrica depenente da resistência específica, correspondente à composição química do material da camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento e do tamanho da superfície da seção transversal da camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento. Uma camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento desse tipo pode ser, por exemplo, uma camada do aquecedor estruturada para um sensor de gás. A fim de assegurar passagens contínuas, sem saltos na resistência elétrica, a camada condutiva do condutor de aquecimento, ao longo de um atalho da corrente apresenta uma resistência específica e/ou tamanho da superfície da seção transversal que varia ao longo do atalho da corrente. Para a fabricação de uma camada condutiva do condutor do aquecimento, é aplicado um material de revestimento que apresenta platina e/ou ligas óxidas, por meio do processo de camada espessa ou de camada fina, localmente diferente, sobre um substrato eletricamente isolante.
