Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FIXAçãO". Dispositivo de fixação (2) para uma parte (4) a ser fixada em uma parte de suporte (6), em particular para cúpulas de cilindro em cabeçotes de cilindro de motores de combustão de automóveis, com um parafuso (8), - com um segmento de rosca (10) em uma primeira extremidade para o atarraxamento do parafuso (8) em uma correspondente perfuração roscada (12) da parte de suporte (6), - com um segmento de haste (14), o qual decorre através de uma perfuração de passagem (16) na parte (4) a ser fixada, e que apresenta um primeiro degrau (18), dirigido em direção ao segmento de rosca de (10), com maior diâmetro externo do que o segmento de rosca (10), sendo que o primeiro degrau (18) limita o atarraxamento do segmento de rosca (10) da perfuração roscada (12), bem como com um segmento de cabeça (20) na segunda extremidade para a fixação do parafuso (8), o qual apresenta um segundo degrau (22) dirigido em direção ao segmento de haste (14), sendo que o segundo degrau (22) serve para a aplicação de uma força que comprime a parte (4) a ser fixada contra a parte de suporte (6); - sendo que um disco em forma de anel (26) encosta com seu primeiro lado no primeiro degrau (18) e, com seu segundo lado, encosta na região de borda (28) da perfuração roscada (12), sendo que a região de borda (28) da perfuração roscada (12) é protegida contra deformação por meio de friccão por meio do disco (26), quando, para a limitação do atarraxamento, o degrau sobre o disco (26) pressionar sobre a região de borda (28) da perfuração rosca (12).
