Abstract
"LAMINADOR A QUENTE EM TANDEM". São obtidos laminadores 12a, 12b de tipo de deslocamento de cilindros em um par de número par e um dispositivo controlador 16 para controlar os laminadores 12a, 12b. Cada um dos cilindros de trabalho 13 superior e inferior de cada um dos laminadores de tipo de deslocamento de cilindro possui uma curva de abaulamento previamente determinada e possui um mecanismo 14 de deslocamento de cilindros para deslocar axialmente os cilindros de trabalho superior e inferior relativamente um ao outro. O dispositivo controlador 16 determina uma quantidade de deslocamento de cada laminador de forma a obter um formato de seção tranversal previamente determinado de uma chapa de aço, desloca os cilindros de trabalho do laminador no lado de montante emparelhados em cada conjunto de laminação para dessa forma dispersar o desgaste sobre a superfície do cilindro, e desloca os cilindros de trabalho do laminador no lado de jusante do par em uma direção previamente determinada e em uma distância idêntica, dessa forma cancelando a alteração do formato de seção transversal da chapa causada pela operação de deslocamento para dispersão de desgaste.
