Abstract

Patente da Invenção para "PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O ALINHAMENTO DE PRODUTOS". Em um processo para alinhamento de produtos (2), os produtos (2), sendo substancialmente alinhados em séries cruzadas (7) em um primeiro transportador (3), em vazados (40) produzidos em bandejas (4) através de uma posição de captação (18) na qual os produtos (2) em cada série (7) são captados por uma cabeça de sucção (29) que, enquanto permanecendo paralela aos mesmos, se move em uma trajetória circular (28) estendendo-se parcialmente sobre o primeiro transportador (3). A cabeça de sucção (29) transfere os produtos (2) ao longo de uma porção de sua trajetória (28), entre a posição de captação (18) e uma posição de descarregamento (20) na qual os produtos (2) são liberados em um segundo transportador (10) equipado com vazados (41), de modo que os produtos (2) são dispostos em uma série única, com um produto em cada vazado (41).
