Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE EXTRUSãO, UM EXTRUSOR E UM PRODUTO PREPARADO COM O MéTODO"<D>. O extrusor compreende pelo menos um estator cónico (1,2) e pelo menos um rotor cónico rotativo (3). O rotor (3) é montado a partir de seu ponto mais largo com mancais (12a, 12b), de forma tal que o primeiro mancal (12a) receba as forças que atuam em uma direção axial do rotor (3) e o segundo mancal (12b) receba as forças que atuam na direção axial oposta do rotor (3). A invenção provê um arranjo de mancal muito firme, ao que é possível, também, produzir um produto extrudado que contém pelo menos 0,5% de um agente de deslizamento e substancialmente nenhuma linha de solda.
