Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO E RESFRIADOR PARA RESFRIAR MATERIAL PARTICULADO"<D>. Um resfriador (1) para resfriar material particulado proveniente de um forno, no qual o material ao ingressar no resfriador (1) é distribuído em um leito de material sobre uma superfície de sustentação estacionária (11) na forma de uma bandeja, enquanto o gás de resfriamento, tal como ar atmosférico, é insuflado para cima através do leito de material dos injetores na bandeja de uma maneira uniforme e distribuída por igual. O material é conduzido para a frente através da superfície de sustentação (1) e através do resfriador (1) por intermédio de um dispositivo transportador mecânico em separado (17). é assim possível dividir as três funções de um resfriador deste tipo, isto é, sustentar o material, distribuir o gás de resfriamento através da superfície de sustentação e conduzir o material para a frente através da superfície de sustentação, em funções que são independentes umas das outras, para que cada função possa ser otimizada.
