Abstract
mola de folha para veículos de automotores. a modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma molça de folha (1) para veículos automotores consistindo em um material plástico rereforçado com fibra, sendo que a mola de folha pode absorver forças de guia lateral eventualmente incidentes e transferi-las para um dispositivo de alojamento de mola de folha, compreendendo uma primeira extremidade (2) e uma segunda extremidade (3) que s]ao fixáveis, à prova de torque e de deslocamento, em um dispositivo de alojamento de mola de folha (4). a mola de folha (1) apresenta um segmento de articulação de flexão (11), que pode compensar uma alteração de comprimento de um segmento de molojo (8) da moda de folha (1) quando de uma deformação do segmento de molejo (8) condicionada pela carga. 2. mola de folha de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a mola de folha (1) apresenta uma primeira perna de mola (5) e uma segunda perna de mola (6), que são unidas entre si por um segmento de transição (7). a primeira perna de mola (5) e a segunda perna de mola (6) são respectivamente aproximadamente planas em um estado não carregado e dispostas a um ângulo relativamente entre si. a primeira perna de mola (5) forma o segmento de molejo (8). o segmento de articulação de flexão (11) inclui a segunda perna de mola (6). a segunda perna de mola (6) é mais curta do que a primeira perna de mola (5). a segunda perna de mola (6) está alinhada aproximadamente perpendicular à primeira perna de mola (5). a mola de folha (10 é produzida em uma só peça por meio de um processo de prensagem de prepegs unidirecionais com uma matriz duroplástica ou termoplástica.
