Abstract

A invenção se refere a um método para preparação de caprolactama compreendendo recuperação de uma mistura contendo ácido 6-aminocapróico de um meio de cultura consistindo em biomassa e, após isso, ciclagem do ácido 6-aminocapróico na presença de um vapor superaquecido, pelo que, formando caprolactama, onde a razão de peso para peso de carboidratos para ácido 6-aminocapróico na dita mistura é de 0,03 ou menos.
