Abstract

PROTEÍNAS SARS-COV-2, ANTICORPOS ANTI-SARS-COV-2 E MÉTODOS DE USO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas spike de SARS-CoV-2 e trímeros contendo tais proteínas spike. A presente invenção também se refere a anticorpos e fragmentos de ligação a antígeno dos mesmos que se ligam especificamente à proteína spike de SARS-CoV-2. As proteínas, trímeros e anticorpos podem ser usados, por exemplo, para detectar anticorpos anti-SARS-CoV-2 em amostras obtidas de um indivíduo.
