CHAPAS DE AÇO ELÉTRICO NÃO ORIENTADO E LAMINADA A FRIO, NÚCLEO, E, MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA CHAPA DE AÇO ELÉTRICO NÃO ORIENTADO E DE UMA CHAPA DE AÇO LAMINADA A FRIO. Esta chapa de aço elétrico não orientado tem uma composição química prescrita. A composição química satisfaz (2×[Mn]+2,5×[Ni]+[Cu])-([Si]+2×[Al sol.]+4×[P])=1,50%. Se Ahkl-uvw representa a razão da área de superfície dos grãos de cristal em uma orientação {hkl}<uvw> para todo o campo de visão quando um plano paralelo a uma superfície laminada a uma profundidade de 1/2 da espessura da chapa da superfície superior é medida por SEM -EBSD, A411-011 é 15,0% ou mais. O tamanho médio do grão de cristal é de 50-150 µm.
