Abstract

PROTEÍNAS BIESPECÍFICAS ANTI-HER2 MANIPULADAS. Em um aspecto, são fornecidas proteínas biespecíficas com a capacidade de se ligar especificamente ao subdomínio II de HER2 humano e ao subdomínio IV de HER2 humano. Em outro aspecto, são fornecidos métodos de tratamento de um câncer ou tratamento de metástase cerebral de um câncer usando uma proteína biespecífica que se liga especificamente ao subdomínio II e subdomínio IV de HER2 humano.
