Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE COMPOSIÇÃO CONTENDO POLIPEPTÍDEO COM COLORAÇÃO SUPRIMIDA. A presente invenção se refere a um método para produção de uma composição contendo um polipeptídeo com coloração suprimida, o método compreendendo as etapas de (a) cultivar células eucarióticas contendo um ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo em um meio de cultura de células isento de vitamina B12; e (b) coletar uma composição contendo o polipeptídeo da cultura.
