Abstract

ENZIMAS ALFA-1,2-FUCOSILTRANSFERASE DE CONVERSÃO DE LACTOSE. A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para a produção de 2' fucosilactose (2'-FL), bem como fucosiltransferases identificadas recentemente, mais especificamente polipeptídeos de alfa-1,2-fucosiltransferase de ligação à lactose identificados recentemente e suas aplicações. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece métodos para a produção de 2-fucosilactose (2'FL) usando as alfa-1,2-fucosiltransferases identificadas recentemente.
