Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO NUTRICIONAL, FÓRMULA PARA BEBÊS, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO NUTRICIONAL. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição nutricional que compreende oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos e ao menos um ingrediente nutricional diferente de oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos, sendo que os oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos têm um diâmetro globular médio na faixa de 2,0 a 12,0 mícrons. A invenção se refere ainda a um processo para preparar a composição nutricional e o processo compreende a misturação dos oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos com o ao menos um outro ingrediente nutricional diferente dos oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos, e caracterizado por os oleossomas isolados e/ou expandidos estarem sob a forma de pó ou líquido.
