unidade tridimensional oca feita a partir de tecido retiniano e uso da mesma no tratamento de retinopatias. a invenção se refere a unidades de tecido tridimensionais que são ocas e que compreendem, quando organizadas em torno de uma abertura interna, pelo menos uma camada de células epiteliais pigmentares da retina humana vivas que são diferenciadas, sendo que a face basal de cada célula aponta para fora e a face apical aponta para a abertura interna. a invenção também se refere a essas unidades de tecido para uso no tratamento de retinopatias e a um método para preparar essas unidades de tecido e um kit de implantação.
