Abstract

método para fabricação de uma película composta de múltiplas camadas, película composta de múltiplas camadas e uso de uma película composta ou de um invólucro. o presente pedido de patente se refere a um método de fabricação de uma película composta de múltiplas camadas compreendendo uma etapa de coextrusão de pelo menos três camadas (a), (b) e (c), das quais a camada (a) forma uma superfície externa da película composta; a camada (c) forma uma superfície da película composta voltada ou entrando em contato com um produto a ser embalado; e a camada (b) está disposta entre a camada (a) e a camada (c). além disso, o método inclui uma etapa de orientação biaxial da película composta assim coextrudada. nesse sentido, a camada (a) contém ou consiste em uma resina termoplástica. a camada (b) contém ou consiste em uma resina de cloreto de polivinilideno (pvdc). a camada (c) contém ou consiste em uma resina, preferencialmente de vedação, em particular resina de vedação por calor. nesse sentido, qualquer reticulação da película composta por meio de radiação radioativa, em particular por meio de irradiação beta, gama, raios-x e/ou de elétrons, é omitida durante a fabricação da película composta e/ou posteriormente.
