Abstract

adaptador de glenóide aperfeiçoado para prótese de junção de ombro. a presente invenção se refere a um adaptador de glenóide aperfeiçoado para próteses de ombro, em particular para a conversão de uma prótese de recapeamento anatômica para uma prótese de ombro reversa, compreendendo: - pelo menos uma projeção de fixação (2) possuindo um próprio eixo geométrico (x) e sendo disposta para ser fixada para a cavidade de glenóide (301) da omoplata (300); - um flange (4) integral com referida projeção de fixação (2); - uma porção de atamento (3) integral com o flange (4) e estendida na direção oposta de referida projeção de fixação (2), e bem como disposta para ser acoplada com um componente articular (10) de prótese reversa proporcionada com uma superfície articular convexa (11), referida porção de atamento (3) possuindo um próprio eixo geométrico longitudinal (y); ambas a projeção de fixação (2) e a porção de atamento (3) possuem configuração de cone truncado e em que o eixo geométrico da porção de atamento (y) é desalinhado com respeito para o eixo geométrico de projeção de fixação (x); referido flange (4) possuindo uma superfície de glenóide (4a) a partir da qual referido atamento de fixação (2) se eleva.
