Abstract
a presente invenção provê uma proteína de ligação ao antígeno que se liga especificamente a um epítopo conformacional formado pelos domínios iii e iv do receptor do fator de crescimento epidérmico humano 3 (her3) e proteínas de ligação ao antígeno que competem com ela pela ligação, assim como proteína de fusão ou conjugado compreendendo as mesmas. a presente invenção também provê uma molécula de ácido nucleico compreendendo uma sequência que codifica as referidas proteínas de ligação ao antígeno, vetores compreendendo o ácido nucleico e células e fármacos compreendendo a proteína de ligação ao antígeno, a proteína de fusão, o ácido nucleico ou o vetor. a presente invenção também provê a proteína de ligação ao antígeno, a proteína ou conjugado de fusão, o ácido nucleico, o vetor, a célula ou o fármaco para uso como um medicamento. a presente invenção provê ainda um método de inibição do crescimento tumoral ou tratamento do câncer, compreendendo a administração de uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz da proteína de ligação ao antígeno, proteína ou conjugado de fusão, ácido nucleico, vetor, célula ou fármaco.
