Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um sistema de controle (100) e a um método de controle para o controle de um processo realizado através do equipamento de produção (200). o sistema de controle possui uma primeira interface (191) configurada para obter, a partir de um módulo de fornecimento de dados (310), dados de controle de produção (311) para operar o equipamento de produção (200) em que os dados de controle de produção (311) se referem às instruções de operação configuradas para o controle do equipamento de produção (200) para automaticamente processar uma série de itens físicos (i1, i2) e seus respectivos componentes (de c1 a cn). a presente invenção ainda inclui um módulo de avaliação de risco (110) configurado para determinar, para cada item, um valor total de risco com base em valores parciais de risco associados aos respectivos componentes (de c1 a cn), e ainda está configurado para detectar uma alteração nos valores totais de risco determinados. a presente invenção ainda inclui uma unidade de controle (120) configurada para: iniciar, por meio de uma segunda interface (192), a execução das instruções de operação para a fabricação de um item específico (i1) que possui o menor valor total de risco durante um primeiro intervalo de tempo (otv1); iniciar a finalização da execução das instruções de operação para o processamento do item específico (i1) se a alteração nos valores totais de risco determinado resultar em um item alternativo (i2) que possui o menor valor total de risco; e iniciar, por meio da segunda interface (192), a execução das instruções de operação para o processamento do item alternativo (i2) durante um segundo intervalo de tempo de operação (otv2).
