Abstract

a presente invenção diz respeito a um método de produção de um polipeptídeo recombinante em um fungo filamentoso que é geneticamente modificado para diminuir ou eliminar a atividade do regulador da celulase 2 (clr2) e para expressar o referido polipeptídeo recombinante. o método diz respeito ainda a um fungo filamentoso myceliophthora thermophila que é geneticamente modificado para diminuir ou eliminar a atividade do clr2 e ao uso deste fungo filamentoso na produção de um polipeptídeo recombinante.
