Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um método para o fracionamento dos componentes de uma biomassa de microalgas ricas em proteína do gênero chlorella distinguido pelo fato de que compreende as seguintes etapas: - fornecer uma biomassa de microalgas produzida por fermentação, - opcionalmente, lavar a biomassa de modo a eliminar os compostos solúveis intersticiais, - permeabilizar termicamente a biomassa a uma temperatura entre 50 e 150 °c, de preferência, entre 100 e 150 °c, por um período entre 10 segundos e 5 minutos, de preferência, por um período entre 5 segundos e 1 minuto, - fazer separação entre a biomassa assim permeabilizada e a fração solúvel por meio de uma técnica de centrifugação, mais particularmente, centrifugação de múltiplos estágios, - opcionalmente, recuperar e clarificar a fração solúvel obtida dessa forma por meio de microfiltração de modo a remover substâncias insolúveis residuais da mesma, - separar a fração solúvel anterior por meio de precipitação, de modo a obter um isolado de peptídeo e um concentrado de peptídeo.
