Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a operação de um secador de ar disposto entre um compressor de ar e um sistema de ar comprimido, e a um secador de ar (2) para executar o dito método. o secador de ar (2) tem um cartucho de secador (6) e uma válvula de ventilação (8), que são conectados entre si por meio de um alojamento de distribuidor (10) associado. em um modo de transporte, o ar comprimido abastecido pelo compressor é transportado para o sistema de ar comprimido por meio do cartucho de secador (6) enquanto a válvula de ventilação (8) está fechada. em um modo de regeneração, o ar de regeneração armazenado no sistema de ar comprimido é conduzido através do cartucho de secador (6) e ventilado para o ambiente por meio da válvula de ventilação (8) aberta. o sistema de canal interno do alojamento de ventilador (10) é projetado de tal maneira executado que, no modo de transporte, o ar comprimido abastecido pelo compressor é conduzido através de uma região radialmente exterior (18) da válvula de ventilação (8) e, dali, é alimentado ao cartucho de secador (6).
