Abstract

a invenção se refere a um método para a produção de um componente de aço moldado de forma tridimensional a partir de uma chapa de aço que apresenta um revestimento metálico, que é aquecida e, em seguida, é moldada para formar o componente de aço através de moldagem a quente, sendo que a chapa de aço usada apresenta uma liga à base de fe-al como revestimento metálico. para proteger a chapa de aço ou o componente de aço contra o desgaste por oxidação, uma liga à base de fe-al é aplicada diretamente na chapa de aço através de um processo de revestimento galvânico e/ou de uma separação física da fase gasosa, sendo que o revestimento assim produzido contém 30 a 60 % em peso, de fe, o resto é alumínio e opcionalmente 0,1 a 10 % em peso, de mg e/ou 0,1 a 5 % em peso, de ti e/ou 0,1 a 10 % em peso, de si e/ou 0,1 a 10 % em peso, de li e/ou 0,1 a 10 % em peso, de ca e já antes do aquecimento da chapa de aço revestida a ser realizado para a moldagem a quente, a liga apresenta uma fase de fe-al estável até acima de 900 oc. além disso, a invenção se refere a uma chapa de aço revestida de forma correspondente para a produção de um ou mais componentes de aço produzidos através de moldagem a quente.
