Abstract

um método de produção de um lipídeo, que contém as etapas (1) e (2) a seguir; e um transformante obtido através da introdução de um gene que codifica a proteína (a) ou (b) a seguir em um hospedeiro: (1) introdução de um gene que codifica a proteína (a) ou (b) a seguir em um hospedeiro e dessa maneira obtendo-se um transformante e (2) coleta de um lipídeo partindo do transformante resultante: (a) uma proteína que consiste de uma sequência de aminoácidos apresentada na seq id no: 1; e (b) uma proteína que consiste de uma sequência de aminoácidos que possui 60% ou mais identidade com a sequência de aminoácidos da proteína (a) e que possui atividade de ß-cetoacil-acp sintase.
