Abstract
determinação enzimática de hba1c. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para determinar a quantidade de hemoglobina glicosilada (hba1c), em que - se necessário - os eritrócitos em uma amostra são hemolisados, a hemoglobina que, em seguida, é liberada -se necessário - é contatada com um agente proteolítico e os produtos de degradação da hemoglobina glicada obtidos desta maneira ou de outra são quantificados. a fim de proporcionar tal um processo e reagentes aplicáveis aqui que têm a propriedade de estabilidade suficiente dos compostos químicos, que são essenciais para a reação, a provisão do agente proteolítico na forma de uma protease inativada é proposta, que é em seguida apenas reativada in situ. em modalidades particulares da invenção, para a estabilização da hemoglobina que é desdobrada em um valor de ph muito baixo na faixa de 1 a 3, pelo menos um estabilizador adequado na solução de hemólise, e nas modalidades da invenção em que um corante de leuco em conexão com a determinação da quantidade de hba1c, é proposto de acordo com a invenção que este último é estabilizado com compostos de fosfina particulares e/ou compostos tio.
