resumo "processo para a polimerização em fase gasosa de etileno ou misturas de etileno" um processo para a polimerização em fase gasosa de etileno ou uma mistura de etileno e de uma ou mais 1-olefinas na presença de um sistema de catalisador de polimerização compreendendo as etapas de a) alimentação de um componente de catalisador sólido, que foi obtido pelo contato com pelo menos um composto de magnésio e um composto de titânio, a um aparelho continuamente operado e pelo contato do componente de catalisador sólido com um composto de alumínio alquil a uma temperatura de 0°c até 70°c, de modo que o tempo médio de permanência do componente de catalisador sólido em contato com o composto de alumínio alquil é de 5 até 300 minutos; b) transferência do componente de catalisador formado na etapa a) em outro aparelho operado continuamente e pré-polimerizando este com etileno ou de uma mistura de etileno e uma ou mais 1-olefinas em suspensão a uma temperatura de 10°c até 80°c formando o polímero em uma quantidade de 0,2 até 25 g de polímero/g de componente de catalisador sólido de um modo a que o tempo médio de permanência do componente de catalisador sólido no aparelho seja de 5 minutos até 3 horas; e c) transferência do componente de catalisador pré-polimerizado formado na etapa b) em um reator de polimerização em fase gasosa e polimerização de etileno ou uma mistura de etileno e de uma ou mais 1-olefinas na presença do componente de catalisador pré-polimerizado a temperaturas de 40°c até 120°c e pressões de 0,1 até 10 mpa.
