Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA A EXPRESSÃO DE PROTEÍNAS E PEPTÍDEOS. A presente invenção se refere ao campo da biologia molecular, expressão de proteína e peptídeo recombinante e se relaciona a métodos compreendendo sequências de ácido nucleicos compreendendo alócritos de T1SSs ou fragmentos dos mesmos para a produção eficiente de PeOIs ou PrOI recombinante. Os alócritos ou fragmentos dos mesmos melhoram a expressão do PeOI ou PrOI como IB e função como marcadores-IB.
