Abstract
APARELHO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE PRODUTO DE BETUME OU DE PETRÓLEO E SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO OU FABRICAÇÃO DE BETUME. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de processamento de produto de betume ou de petróleo que inclui um trajeto de fluxo (8) através do qual o produto de betume ou de petróleo e um ou mais reagentes e/ou catalisadores fluem. O aparelho pode incluir uma unidade de separação de gás para a remoção de gás a partir do trajeto de fluxo (8). Um redutor de pressão (14) pode ser posicionado antes da unidade de separação de gás. The present invention relates to a bitumen or petroleum product processing apparatus that includes a flow path (8) through which the bitumen or petroleum product and one or more reactants and/or catalysts flow. The apparatus may include a gas separation unit for removing gas from the flow path (8). A pressure reducer (14) can be positioned before the gas separation unit. The separation unit may include a separation volume (17) that is elongated or flat in the horizontal plane so as to maintain a high surface area to volume ratio for the bitumen or petroleum product in the separation volume (17) . The separation unit may include a spray arrangement (20) configured to spray bitumen or petroleum product mixed with gas into the separation volume (17). Two or more shut-off valves can be arranged to close a section of the flow path (8), thereby limiting or preventing the entry of air and/or oxygen into the closed section of the flow path when the apparatus is turned off. Two or more stages of the mixing device can be arranged to operate in series or independently.
