Abstract

processo de fabricação de papel, papelão ou papel cartão a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de papel, papelão ou papel-cartão, em que, uma carga fina celulósica é fornecida e submetida a um ou mais estágios de cisalhamento e, então, drenada em uma peneira móvel para formar uma folha que é secada, em que o processo emprega um sistema de tratamento que é aplicado à carga fina, o referido sistema de tratamento compreendendo, como componentes, a) um polímero orgânico catiônico de densidade de carga de, pelo menos, 3,0 meq/g, com uma massa molar mw de cerca de 3 milhões de daltons ou cloreto de polialumínio (pac), b) um polímero catiônico tendo uma massa molar média mw de, pelo menos, 500.000 dalton e uma densidade de carga não excedendo 4,0 meq/g; c) um material microparticulado; em que os componentes (b) e (c) são adicionados à carga fina celulósica após o último estágio de cisalhamento antes da caixa de entrada e componente (a) é adicionado à carga fina celulósica antes do último referido estágio de cisalhamento.
