Abstract

MATERIAL ANTIFRICÇÃO RESISTENTE A CALOR DE UMA LIGA DE MATRIZ DE FERRO AUSTENÍTICA. A invenção refere-se a um material antifricção resistente a calor de uma liga de matriz de ferro austenítica com uma proporção de enxofre suficiente para obtenção de um efeito de lubrificação sólida em suas superfícies de mancal, uma proporção de carburetos suficiente para obtenção de uma redução de desgaste em suas superfícies de mancal e uma propor-ção de 1 a 6% em peso de um ou mais elementos de liga de cobalto (Co), rênio (Re), tântalo (Ta), vanádio (V), háfnio (Hf), ítrio (Y), zircônio (Zr), caracterizado pelos seguintes outros ele-mentos de liga, em cada caso em % em peso: carbono (C) = 0,8 - 1,5; cromo (Cr) = 20 - 32; manganês (Mn) = 0 - 1,0; silício (Si) = 1,5 - 3,5; níquel (Ni) = 12 - 25; molibdênio (MO) = 0,5 - 5,5; nióbio (Nb) = 0 - 3,5; tungstênio (W) = 1,0 - 6,5; enxofre (S)= 0,15 - 0,5; cobre (Cu) = 0 - 3,5; nitrogênio (N) = 0 - 0,8; e ferro (Fe) como resto, inclusive, impurezas inevitáveis.
