Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FORMAR UM PRODUTO DE FIBRA DE VIDRO RESISTENTE A INCÊNDIO E COM RESISTÊNCIA TÉRMICA E APARELHO ASSOCIADO. É fornecido um método para formar um produto de fibra de vidro, por formar uma primeira mistura incluindo fibras de vidro filiformes resistentes à fusão, secas, uma solução de retardar incêndio, e um agente de espessamento; formar uma segunda mistura incluindo a primeira mistura e um agente de ligação, em que a primeira mistura e o agente de ligação sendo configurado para formar uma espuma de expansão; e aplicar a segunda mistura a uma superfície antes da segunda mistura formar a espuma de expansão. Também é fornecido um método para formar um produto de fibra de vidro, por adicionar um agente de espessamento a uma solução de retardar incêndio para formar uma primeira mistura; adicionar um agente de endurecimento à primeira mistura para formar uma segunda mistura; e adicionar fibras de vidro filiformes resistentes a fusão secas à segunda mistura para formar uma mistura de pasta. São também fornecidos aparelhos associados.
