Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "pirofosfato inorgânico e usos do mesmo". a presente invenção proporciona um novo e melhorado estimulante aditivo de esperma que compreende uma certa quantidade de pirofosfato inorgânico (ppi). a adição de ppi no meio para a fertilização in vitro de ser humano/animal (ivf) melhora a taxa de fertilização; a adição de ppi no prolongador de sêmen para inseminação artificial de animal de fazenda (ai) pode melhorar as taxas de gravidez; além disso, os ovócitos de mamíferos maturados in vitro em um meio que inclui o ppi alcança a fertilização melhorada e o potencial de desenvolvimento, enquanto que os embriões cultivados em meio suplementado com ppi tem um desenvolvimento melhorado para o blastócito.
