Abstract

resumo “uso de derivados de avermectina para aumentar a biodisponibilidade e eficácia de lactonas macrocíclicas” a presente invenção relaciona-se com a utilização do derivado de avermectina como uma droga para o tratamento de infecções parasitárias. o derivado de avermectina é representado pela fórmula i em que: (i) r1 é escolhido a partir do grupo constituído por –ch (ch3)2, –ch (ch3)ch2ch3, ou ciclohexil (ii) x representa –ch2–ch2–, ou –ch=ch–,, (iii) 2 é escolhido a partir do grupo constituído por ou grupo - oh, (iv) r3 representa um grupo oh ou noh, (v) representa uma ligação simples quando r3 é oh, ou uma ligação dupla quando r3 é noh, como um inibidor de uma proteína ligada à membrana que transporta compostos exógenos para fora das células alvo.
