Abstract
resumo método e aparelho para a produção de um artigo moldado e produto moldado a presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de um artigo moldado a partir de partículas de resina expandida, o método compreendendo: a colocação das partículas e do fluido de transferência de calor dielétrico em um molde localizado entre um par de eletrodos; geração de um campo eletromagnético de radiofrequência entre os eletrodos, aplicação do campo eletromagnético ao molde para aquecer dieletricamente o fluido de transferência de calor e consequentemente as partículas, e aquecimento das partículas a uma temperatura suficiente para causar o amolecimento de suas superfícies, de forma que as partículas se fundem, para assim formarem o artigo moldado conforme moldado pelo molde; preferivelmente, em que o campo eletromagnético de radiofrequência possui um cumprimento de onda maior que a dimensão (ou dimensões) média(s) do artigo moldado. 1/1
