resumo patente de invenção: "disposição e processo para análise óptica e isolamento específico de amostras biológicas". a invenção refere-se a um processo para detectar células em uma amostra de líquido o qual compreende as seguintes etapas: i) filtração da amostra de líquido através de uma membrana porosa a qual é adequada para reter células detectáveis, onde pelo menos uma subrregião de um suporte está configurada como um corpo de suporte transparente (1) e em que a membrana (5) está disposta em uma configuração plana sobre o corpo de suporte transparente (1) de tal modo que as células detectadas sejam retidas sobre pelo menos parte da superfície da membrana e que pelo menos parte do líquido de amostra passe através da membrana, ii) aplicação de um meio óptico líquido o qual tem essencialmente o mesmo índice refrativo que o corpo de suporte, iii) medição óptica de pelo menos uma subárea da membrana de modo a detectar as células detectáveis
